Chase Hooper scoops decision win over veteran star Jim Miller – UFC 314 Highlights

Emerging lightweight contender, Chase Hooper has recorded one of the bigger victories of his Octagon career tonight, landing a unanimous decision win over veteran fan-favorite, Jim Miller — to run up his winning spree to five fights on the preliminary card of UFC 314.

Hooper, a talented grappler in the lightweight division, added New Jersey veteran, Miller to his impressive spree tonight — following four consecutive wins over the quartet of Nick Fiore, Jordan Leavitt, Viacheslav Borschev, and former top-contender, Clay Guida.

For Miller, the veteran submission threat saw his return to the winner’s enclosure last only one fight — following a prior submission victory against Damon Jackson at Madison Square Garden back in November of last year at UFC 309.

And outlasting the former tonight on the preliminary card of UFC 314, Hooper turned in a unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28) success.
