Tamerlan Dulatov

Dulatov was supposed to have his third professional bout on Saturday night, but it will have to wait. After a beautiful 16-second submission win in February, fans were dying to see Tamerlan Dulatov fight again. Sadly, we will have to wait to see his return. Dulatov stated in a video shared by RTL, that a full statement regarding him pulling out will be posted on the Dulatov Brothers YouTube Channel.

The Dulatov brothers have amassed over 130 thousand subscribers on YouTube, and with that, comes a lot of hype. The name “Dulatov” may ring a bell. Tamerlan’s brother is UFC Fighter Islam Dulatov. Islam Dulatov faces Adam Fugitt in June. Both Dulatov brothers have the makings to be superstars in this sport.

While Islam is established now, Tamerlan will attempt to keep building himself up under the Oktagon MMA banner. Tamerlan Dulatov will look to continue his career with Oktagon MMA, and they will certainly be interested in slowly building him up. With a 2-0 professional record and clear talent, Dulatov will be built into a superstar. Oktagon MMA will likely look to rebook this fight with Emmanuel Binyet.

Binyet holds a 6-5 record, which is over 5 times the amount of professional fights that Dulatov has had. Experience would certainly be a factor in this matchup, but most will expect Dulatov to overcome that and finish Binyet in the 1st round.

When will Dulatov return? That depends on the severity of the infection, but fans will be begging for him to return soon. Maybe as soon as the Hamburg event in June, or one of the German cards in September.
